How many sessions can I do?

You get access to 2 Squad PT Sessions and access to Sweat Sessions

What if I’ve not trained in ages?

Perfect. That’s literally who this is built for.

What if I have an injury or aches and pains

We’ll talk through it in the Reset Session and train around it safely.

Do I need to be fit already?

No,we scale everything. You’ll be coached the whole time.

How long are sessions?

Typically 45–60 minutes depending on the session.

What if I can’t make every day?

No problem. You’ll still get value from the week. We’ll help you plan the best sessions to attend.
